Tail light..problems,change the bulb and still does not work 900 1992

The rear tail light of the 960 has three bulbs all in one series. Two of them work but the third one at the bottom does not work. I changed the bulb and even cleaned the part. Still it does not work. Is it a problem with the relay? whats wrong?
