Sway Bar Bushings 700 1989

I am replacing sway bar bushings at the link and have a Q. Are there two rubber bushings for each link point, upper and lower? I notice the (2)bushings I have are not that big, compared to those installed which makes me think that I use both at the upper link. Is this correct? Thus if I R/R both the uppper and lower link bushings, for one side of my brick, I will have 4 rubber bushings? Thanks for info.
Rob

I also want to thank everyone who posted info on brakes. I removed, cleaned, overhauled and replaced all brake components, parking brake, rotors, calipers, bled lines etc. and everything is running smoothly-no squeal, no pulling, and no excessive pedal play. Thanks Again:)
