Power problem 700

Just started yesterday, It will not boost over 4 psi and as the rpm's rise the knocking gets worse. Idea's? Has a new turbo, powerstage, AMM, distributer, air cleaner is clean, new fuel filter. Could it be a clogged cat, O2 sensor, knock sensor, All are the original parts. 1987 745T with 264,000 miles thoughts. Thanks
