81GL Power Windows 200

Hello Group,
The power windows in my 81GL have failed. None of the windows are working. I checked Fuse #10 and it appears to be fine. I checked the Bentley book and I cannot find any info on power windows. Since they all failed at the same time and the fuse looks ok, am I to assume that a relay has failed? If so where is this relay and how can I test it?
