HID lighting upgrade 700

I was thinking about installing HID lights on my 89 740 for better lighting, I seen a conversion kit that goes directly where the sealed beams are. I included the link please look at it and tell me what you think. And another question do i put the same lights in the hi and lo beam slots. In the description it says it fits both, so are the wattages the same?
