Odd problem when my 91 245se starts up 200

When I start my car up for the first time in a few hours, the idle is kinda low for 4-5 sec, and during that time the oil pressure light is on for 2-3 sec. Is this the start of something bad? or am I just to picky? I change my oil every 2500 miles, very anal about checking the level, and always use MANN filters. Think my filter may be bad or clogged?
