A/C Condesate Problem - hose is clear 200 1985

Well, after I changed the blower motor in my 1985 244dl, I noticed that after extended driving, I could make the blower seemingly spit water (I can hear it but only get a limited number of droplets coming out). I knew my R12 was low so I had the system charged. He said the pressures were correct but he could only get something around 48 degrees. Fine, thats good enough if it is fully charged. I figured that the system wasn't cycling ( I couldn't feel the power rob coming and going) before it was charged and that was the problem. Of course with my luck that is not the case. It still does it. After 45 minutes- 1 hour of driving with the A/C on, if I take of from a traffic light briskly I hear the water hit the fan. Once it has initially done this, it will continue to do it at just about every light/stopsign. Changing from recirculate to outside air does not seem to make a difference. The degree to which I have the A/C Knob turned does not seem to make a difference. I have cleaned the drain hose out, cut part of the end of it off, looked up inside the nipple that is on the Blower Box with a mirror, and adjucted the heater control valve for good measure. I still have the same condition. This is the odd thing. Usually when I drive around and it does not seem the pick up water, and then when I stop in the parking lot, a massive amount of water begins to pour out after the car has shutoff. To me this would seem to be something to do with Vacuum but that doesn't make any sense. Do any of you Volvo experts have any ideas? Thanks and sorry about the "narrative."
