I can see from the FAQ that there might be a difference of opinion on this subject!

How hard/long is this job on 1990 740 16v. I've got the Chicago Rawhide part ($2.00), and I really don't want to spend $180.00 for a distributor!!

I can have my car down for a day or so, if something breaks, etc, but not any longer than that.
Please advise
