spark plugs 92 960 900

few days back i checked my spark plugs and then tighten them back with a wrech provides in tool kit. today i decided to change the the spark plugs. when i unscewed the plugs they came out fairly easy as compared to when they were tighen by me when i took them out. my question is:

1 when should i replace spark plugs. engine hot, engine cold , engine warm.

2 do the plugs need re-torquing?

last time when i took out plugs the engine was hot.
