Suspension set-up advice sought 200 1979

Hi all, I have installed Turbo swaybars (23 mm. front/21 mm. rear) on my car. Very nice upgrade. Today, I also got "overload" wagon rear coil-springs that I plan to install in an effort to obtain neutral handling characteristics (balanced understeer/oversteer). Am I taking the right route?
