Where is the headlight relay? 900 1994

1994 940 Turbo. When I turn the headlight switch on I lose all lights, panel, running, everything. I would test the relay but I have looked everywhere and cannot find it. In the fuse box there is just a big hole where the headlight relay is supposed to be. Help-Dave F.
