A couple of quick questions as I gear up to do some suspension work on my 1980 DL.

1 - When using an IPD 25mm front sway bar with lowering springs do I need to shorten the end links?

2 - I'm installing Bilstein HD's all around. What are these damn spacers (for the front inserts) I keep reading about and do I need to use them? Should they be on the car already?
