1990 Ignition Timing and Timing Belt 200

I just got a 1990 Volvo after my 1983 240 finally rusted away. Two questions : 1) How do you check and adjust the ignition timing on the 1990 240 ? 2) How do you get the crank shaft pulley and nut off to change the timing belt ? ( This used to be easy on the '83 with just mult small nuts )... Great forum... Thanks ... Todd Traver 1990 240 150k
