central door lock but wont unlock 200 1990

Hello folks, my central locks work but wont unlock. The door switch is good and the unlock and lock relays were swapped with no success. When i probed the relay with the test light the doors all unlocked. Has anyone had this problem and may be able to offer a solution as to where the broken wire might be. Thank you, Dave.
