Hubcaps (they won't stay on!) 200

I own a 1980 wagon.

The hubcaps on it, are two-piece. One large "doughnut" shaped hubcap, and then the small logo "v" piece that fits in the middle.

They won't stay on. You can usually find me looking in my rearview mirror to see if I've lost one after going over some bumps in the road.

Suggestions? Either about fixing the problem, or a different hubcap I should get.
