was there ever a recall or TSB for 240 floor pan rust? 200 1986

OK, I can't give up on my '86 245 even though the floor pan is rusted through in 4 spots...

I've read posts suggesting that improper drainage is the cause of this rust from the inside rather than from the outside....

if this is the case wouldn't Volvo have done some sort of recall or at least put out a Technical Service Bulletin on repairing this problem?

anyone know?


anybody want to speculate the odds of some goodwill rust repair from a dealer on an old 245?
