AC 700 1988

My air conditioner recently quit blowing. Don't really think the blower motor for the heat and air was bad but I did replace it. Now the blower motor blows all the time. Even when the keys are in the house. The only time that is stops is when I try to accerlate and put the engine under a load. Other than that the ac and heat work great as long as I plug and unplug the fan. HELP, Please!! It is a 1988 760 Turbo Intercooler 2.3 The system is the ECC. Thank you, Rusti
