I need some quick help.

I have a 91 940 Turbo. It has a short hood, and fog lights, grey / black egg crate grill. Wrecked it April fools day, trying to get right parts.

Here is the question:
Is there a 960 - 91 vintage that would have fog lights? I have not seen one to my knowledge. The parts man keeps telling me that these lights fit 960 or 940 turbos. I am thinking that he has sent me lights for a 960, and they are wrong.

Problem is that the lights w/ fog that the parts place sent - along with the turn lights on the end - are almost an inch above the bumper. I can put my hand in between the top of the bumper and the bottom of the lights. The trim pc that fits under the lights is there in place.

There is a possibility that in the accident the bumper got pushed down, but that does not look to be the case. I am wondering if I might have one of those ODD Volvo problems I read about with parts.
