front ride height 200 1988

I measured the front wheel well opening from a level shop floor and the drivers side is 3/4 of an inch lower.Is there a fine adjustment to the shocks,struts?all the suspension components look to be in great condition (bushings,shocks,springs etc)the rear height is the same on both sides.
