89 740 Turbo AC relay ... Where?

I have a 89 740 Turbo.
I recently had my AC serviced.
Coil not replaced properly, shorted electrical system.
CAR runniing now ....
AC not working ....
Air Bag not working ...
And Yes, I have taken back to the original tech ....
This is over his head. Before I take it to a dealer I think I'll give it a shot.
