Odd prob, should you encounter it....... 200 1989

Brought home an 89 240dl tonight, but almost didn't. Had a low battery in it, swapped it with a good one and cranked fine but no start. Checked everything from fuses to spark to fuel. still no start, finally unhooked the vacum line to the FPR and the car started right up. Reconnected the vac line and all seems to be fine now. Might have been some kind of vapor lock or some such thing, not sure but car was a known good starting car. Only 114k on it needing minor repair, will be selling shortly.........
