Replacing the carbs on ~ 1970 164 140-160

Hello everyone. I'm not use to this section of the RWD's and i have a question concerning ~1970 164. It has an I6, and the previous owner had a fuel leak close to the carbs (both of them) and they burnt up in a blaze of glory. Anyways i was considering buying this car for $25 and the owner who has it now even has two reblacement carbs. I was wondering how hard it is to replace the carbs onh these cars.
