Acceleration & Turbo REALLY struggling!! 900 1993

Before I did a bunch of work on my '93 940 the turbo would kick in waaaay too early (squealing tires from a stop without trying).

After doing all of that, things were much better. But, over time, the accelleration from a stop has gotten worse and worse. Now, it's just plain pitiful, and the "Turbo" dial almost NEVER goes past the middle. Hardly any turbo power at all.

Any ideas? Is my turbo hosed?
