740 Turbo RARE??? 700 1988

I picked this 1988 740 Turbo up a while back and have been doing some work to it since.
The reason I think it is rare is that it has a few details that I have never saw on a 740 before. Atleast not around Pittsburgh. Here are the items I mean:
Lower front/rear bumpers
side ground effects
no crome anywhere
white grille

The car also includes the Turbo +

If anyone knows if Volvo made a package that included all these items I would love learning about it. The rear lower bumper could be replaced if not I will just putty it in.
