Loss of coolant, no clue, loss of patience. 900 1995

Hi all

I'm still having trouble with my wagon loosing coolant.
The local Volvo dealer replaced the heater control valve
couple of months ago, it was leaking visibly, and the driver
side floor was flooded with green goo.

Now, I'm still loosing coolant (from MAX to MIN in the expansion
container in about two weeks).

I had it in the shop (Volvo dealer) yesterday, and they spent
the better part of the day on it, but couldn't find any leaks!
The pressure test reveals nothing. Maybe it looses pressure
too slowly to be seen at a glance.

The driver's side floor is all wet again, but they say this is
only water, not coolant. I told them that the last three times
I've topped it off, I used only water, so as not to get the coolant
inside the car.

As it stands now, my car looses coolant, the floor is wet, and the
shop doesn't have a clue.

So where do I turn? Brickboard, of course! :) Any ideas where I should
be looking for leaks?

- The coolant cap is three months old, green. I don't think it's leaking.
- The heater control valve is new, and I don't see anything coming out
of it as I did before.
- There is no sign of coolant in the oil. I checked it thoroughly
when I changed the cam-cover seal couple weeks ago.
- There are no visible leaks from any hoses when it's running.

I haven't checked the radiator.
I also haven't taken apart the dash and checked the heater core, because
it's so much hassle. I won't do it unless you guys tell me to do otherwise :)

Looking forward to be enlightened :)
