1995 940 Driver Power Seat Totally Dead 900

I have a 940 Haynes covering the 1990 to 1996 years, but the electrical diagram may be incorrect. The diagram shows a no. 242 stop switch, but I don't see any stop switch on my 1995 940. Also, the plastic behind the fuse panel lists fuse no. 3, a 30 amp fuse, as the one for the power seat and the Haynes says no. 3 is a 15 amp fuse. The fuse (no. 3)is okay. The connectors on the module under the seat seem to be plugged in correctly. The car is in storage and hasn't been used for about a year. My wife last adjusted the seats all the way forward a couple months ago and wasn't sure whether she used the memory switch or the adjustment switches. The car is low miles (62K) and extremely clean, even under the seat, so I doubt dirt or worn switches are the culprit. Any ideas before taking the seat out? Is there a stop switch I don't know about? How do I get the cover off to get at the microswitches? Thanks.
