My brain is in reverse gear today.
Now that I posted my original gripe it occurs to me that I don't need for the new bushing to fit in the "receiver" so I'm probably okay on that. But as long as I'm asking, has anyone encountered this condition when extracting an old bushing (see previous post)?
I guess the only way to find out is to get under the car and try it.
