240 Turbo - Rebuilt Turbos 200 1984

Does anyone have a suggestion on a good source for a rebuilt turbo center housing for an '84 240 Turbo? I imagine IPD would carry something, but I wondered if anyone had tried this (vs. a new water cooled turbo) to save money and had a suggestion. Thanks.
