Head Bolts Won't Budge !!

Hello Bricksters,
Anyone have a trick for sticky head bolts. I have one that is twisting but won't pop loose. I'm using a breaker bar for leverage and don't want to snap off the bolt. Currently have tried tightening it a little, along with P-Blaster. Thanks for info....
