'95 940 Sedan Pre-Purchase Questions 900

I am looking into buying a '95 940 sedan with 92k miles on it. The car is in very good condition except for the air conditioning which would be fixed prior to purchase.

I checked the 7xx/9xx FAQ and found out about the rusty panels on the passenger side engine compartment and as said above, the fauly A/C.

I would love to hear about other things to watch out for on this year/model specifically. It's completly base, no sunroof, bells and whistles etc...

I do own a '90 240 with 163k so I'm semi-familier with the B230F (&B230FT, had a '92 745T many years ago). But would love to hear the "issues" one more time as a reminder.
