760 wagon tail lights have quit 700 1989

Maybe someone knows ..... main tail lights are out. I have power to the lamp control module but not beyond.
Control lodule (5kg 005 311 01) shows 4 tail & 3 stop light circuits in the circuit board)

58 lb, 58, 58 rb I assume are the 3 brake light circuits
58la,a,ra,c don't know 31 (ground maybe?)
