I'm having a rattleing sound coming i think from the catalytic converter on a 745 i just purchased a month ago to replace my rusting but running 245. I had the cat replaced on the 245 within the last couple of years and am wondering if i could remove it and install it on the 745?

Also, now that i think the cat is bad, i'm wondering if it could be the source of a minor hot start problem (also has occational hesitation)? Have seen some reference to clogged cats causing some rought running. Have read the hot start guide and faq several times, but only checked the fpr - checked out ok, but still seems the likely culprit from what i've read.

On one last note - has anyone converted a Volvo hitch for use with the more standard 2 x 2 inch hitch reciever. I got a volvo hitch but it is missing the last part that hold the ball. Volvo wants $70 for new.
