90 940 Wagon: Fuel Filter replacement 900

I am trying to replace the fuel filter on my 90 940 Wagon. I have located and see what needs to be done to replace the filter. How do I get the old bolts loose to replace the filter? It appears you would need two wrenches to hold the filter with one and loosen with the other.

Please give me any advise on how to loosen these bolts. Any wrench sizes and type of wrench would be helpful. Any recommendations from anyone who has done this would be great! I started the project, but just could loosen the bolts to remove. Please advise! Thanks for your help in advance!
