Door Wood Trim Removed, Now what...... 900

The door wood trims were removed because they were chipping away. It took me about 10 mins to do it, with some help from the tools that I borrowed from Autozone. (Door wood trims glued into place). Now that I have them off, I am wondering if any aftermarket parts are available? I was trying to pry off the wood with a dull knife and had 50 percent off that stuff off. When i got to the middle part of the trim it was to hard to pry off. I was going to reupolster it with some black leatherete. Fellow bricksters any suggestions?
