No Leak, but play in tails shaft bushing - Should I change it? 200 1982

I have a driveline growl/vibration, I think it is a combination of a bad U-Joint, Center Bearing, and tailshaft bushing. There is a good amount of play in the tailshaft, but no leak. Should I change the bushing or leave well enough alone.

I suppose I could change the U-Joint and the center bearing and see what happens to the noise?
