HELP!! Rear speakers with rivots? What kind of wiring for rear speakers? 700 1989

Greetings-

I just pulled out the factory radio from my 740 turbo wagon and when inspecting the rear speakers noticed they are rivoted in place. Any expierienced with romoval? Any special wiring needed?
