Resistance Reading For Crank AngleSensor 700

Any info available on testing RPM/ Crank Angle Sensor. With the sensor cold, I am getting a reading of 530 ohms If I warm the sensor, reading goes to 605, it seems that it gets higher as the sensor gets warmer.I am trying to determin whether the sensor could be intermitantly failing to send pulses to ECU.
