Wire harness, now what else to do in addition? 200 1987

after a glimmer of false hope at the boneyard yesterday (found an 89, opened the hood, and the engine was pushed back in the engine compartment, harness cut), i'm going to order a semi-new harness from dave barton. the intake manifold will probably come off, so here's my question. what else should i do while it's off. here's my short list:
1) new seals on the intake manifold
2) remove and clean throttle body (thorough this time!!)
3) remove and clean CIS motor
4) clean/fix flame trap, housing
5) replace PCV oil trap with new one i bought a year ago.

any other ideas?
we'll also be doing the water pump and timing belt. i have a week (work begins sunday), so i'd like to order any parts today or tomorrow.
thanks for the help
