240 with bad motor 200

Multi phase questions: Obtained a 240 DL with the timing belt all apart. Cam does not turn by hand (?????)Motor turns over fine. Repairable? Or remotor? I have a 760 turbo parts car (for another one I have). Will motor fit? (It runs great). Or should I just go for a V8 conversion, and really have fun?Email responses to longhau8u9@aol. All input would greatly be appreciated....starting to collect volvo's and am really having fun with them...
