oil in coolant --long-- 700 1986

I have a noisy engine, a new radiator (RPR three row), new hoses, new(er) turbo with a lot of oil/sludge around the bypass actuator above the waterpump, ALL OVER the power steering pump, ALL OVER the water pump, and ALL OVER the oil lines for the oil cooler.

I know what one solution to one of my problems is... cleaning stuff.

Main problem: fresh coolant and water with new radiator hoses has just gone DARK reddish brown, smelling of oil.

The original radiator was replaced due to leakage of the A/T section. New radiator. Heavy duty radiator. Replaced over a month ago, been driving car trouble-free for most of that month. I'm fairly sure that the problem isn't that again. PLEASE tell me I've got an option besides head gasket failure or broken pieces of expensive metal like the head or the block.

Thanks.

BTW it's an '86 with a Mitsu turbo and the funky three-way lower raddy hose
