Hi again, my 86 740 T wagon has 247K and has a slap? If the shims are evened up, am I slowing down wear? Engine seems fine, except for the little slappity. Seemed to settle in nicely at 100 mph the other day, so... I guess it's not about to fry. Thanks, Chris
