A/C pressure 760 turbo high & low 700

I just change over my 88 760 turbo A/C from R12 to 134. How much pressure suppose to be on the high side and how much suppose to be on the low side when the car is idling? Also the electric fan in the front of the radiator does not come on when you turn on the A/C. If I jump the contacts on the temperature switch on the radiator it works fine. Shouldn’t the electric fan come on when ever the A/C is turned on? It appears it only come on when the water reach a certain temperature.
