How much is this worth 81' 240 GL

Hi, a used car dealership near me has a 1981 240 GL sedan for sale w/144k (auto trans). The interior is immaculate for the age and the exterior is in real good condition considering the age. The AC works, along with the power windows, and seems to drive fine. I would most likely have it inspected before I bought it, but they said that they would take Kelly high blue book value on it. What is the real dollar value of this if it is in good mechanical shape? What are some things to look for on this year 240?
