Sparkplugs for B230ft 700 1989

What plugs are recomended for the b230ft? I had been running bosch platinums with good results. I recently put in NGK bpr6es per recomendation of local parts house but I have seen the NGK bpr7es specified for the turbo. What's the difference and which should I be using?
