Muffler replacement 900 1995

I hear some noise after I step on the gas and let my foot off the pedal coming from the right side of the car. I think I may have a hole in the muffler or in the pipe that I can't locate. Any suggestions? If I needed to replace the whole exhaust system it it like any other or are there tricks involved. I have done this kind of work on other cars before.
