Ship ship ship sound, front right when turning right not left and persistent but less noisy when going straight. 700

I had the front rotors replaced 3 months agao and brake fluid bled as well. Fisrt off, I get this pulsing of the brakes (cant tell what wheele) that slows as I slow and the brakes are slightly applied. In other words if I brake when fast..fine..as I slow..get a warped sensation...this was there before the new rotors and is still there after. So I drive by Brick for a coupla months. Now I get not only the original issue but a chafing sound front right on and off like a warp. But I say to myself what could cause this up front? This is a new Rotor. When I turn right on a sharp turn chafing gets louder like there is one spot on the disk getting hit over and over. If I turn left on a sharp turn, it does not do this. I can hear it louder if I open the glove box. So first of all the rotor replacement did not fix the original warped feel. (only replaced the front and can't tell if thats the back..by feel alone) and 2nd ..now I have a front right chafing like a ship ship ship ship ship sound. What to look for?

Thanks!
