Which thermostat???? 900

Planning to replace rad this week, figured it would be a good time to replace hoses, heater valve, t-stat, etc.

I can't remember what's in there now, but which t-stat (92 degree or 87 degree) is the right one for a 1991 944 Turbo? Does it really matter?
