hi i was wondering if one of you guys with the original '87 240 dl service manual could tell me when it suggests to shift i have a 5 speed manaul and i did not get my service manual when i bought my car used. Also the other day when i went to check my air filter i took off the little machine between the two tubes its between the filter and throttle body inside the tube going to the throttle body there was a orange liquid in the tube it was kind of thick and dirty is this suppoed to be there?
