idle vibrations 92 960 900 1992

lately i have been experiencing strange idle vibrations in my 92 960. it is very hard to describe but i can feel the the vibrations in whole car ( light, constant and very annoying)it is kind of light rumbling. i checked the and cleaned the IAC valve, no effect. i inspected the exaust manifold it looks ok.
