B20E - B21 flywheel the same? 140-160

I'm getting conflicting advice from the various auto wreckers on whether a B21 flywheel is will fit a '74 B20E motor. This motor was from an auto and is going into my '72 142 my existing flywheel has 6 bolts and the B20E has 8 bolts like the B21 ... but are they the same?
